{"id":4924,"date":"2026-04-29T13:15:16","date_gmt":"2026-04-29T17:15:16","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/webfacsa.ubiobio.cl\/?p=4924"},"modified":"2026-04-29T13:15:16","modified_gmt":"2026-04-29T17:15:16","slug":"estudiantes-de-establecimientos-de-nuble-exploran-la-ingenieria-en-alimentos-en-planta-piloto-ubb","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/webfacsa.ubiobio.cl\/index.php\/estudiantes-de-establecimientos-de-nuble-exploran-la-ingenieria-en-alimentos-en-planta-piloto-ubb\/","title":{"rendered":"Estudiantes de establecimientos de \u00d1uble exploran la Ingenier\u00eda en Alimentos en Planta Piloto UBB"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Con el prop\u00f3sito de fomentar el inter\u00e9s por la ciencia y proyectar futuras vocaciones, la carrera de Ingenier\u00eda en Alimentos de la Facultad de Ciencias de la Salud y de los Alimentos de la Universidad del B\u00edo-B\u00edo recibi\u00f3 a dos delegaciones de establecimientos educacionales en sus dependencias de la Planta Piloto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All\u00ed, estudiantes del Liceo Polivalente Juan Arturo Pacheco Altamirano participaron en una charla de Difusi\u00f3n de Carreras y posteriormente recorrieron el Laboratorio de Propiedades M\u00ednimas de Frutas, donde conocieron procesos asociados al an\u00e1lisis y manejo de materias primas. La visita se desarroll\u00f3 junto a la profesora Grace Sandoval, en un espacio que permiti\u00f3 vincular contenidos escolares con aplicaciones concretas del \u00e1mbito universitario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A esta experiencia se sum\u00f3 el Instituto Santa Mar\u00eda de San Carlos, cuyos estudiantes, acompa\u00f1ados por la profesora Dafne Barrera, recorrieron laboratorios y la Planta en general. En esta instancia, la acad\u00e9mica del Departamento de Ingenier\u00eda en Alimentos, Mg. Fabiola Cerda, lider\u00f3 el recorrido, entregando informaci\u00f3n sobre formaci\u00f3n profesional, l\u00edneas de trabajo y resolviendo inquietudes de las y los asistentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201cLa ciencia es generosa: lo que uno sabe, lo comparte y se transmite de buena manera. Ese es el esp\u00edritu con el que trabajamos, abriendo nuestros espacios para que puedan conocer lo que hacemos y proyectarse en este camino. Aqu\u00ed no solo se adquieren conocimientos, tambi\u00e9n se forman valores, como el respeto y la colaboraci\u00f3n, que son fundamentales en cualquier \u00e1mbito. Nuestro objetivo es que quienes nos visitan puedan visualizar que este es un camino posible, cercano y lleno de oportunidades\u201d,<\/em> se\u00f1al\u00f3 la acad\u00e9mica, relevando el sentido formativo de estas instancias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Estas visitas permiten a las y los estudiantes conocer de manera directa los espacios de aprendizaje, as\u00ed como aproximarse a experiencias reales de laboratorio, fortaleciendo el v\u00ednculo entre la educaci\u00f3n escolar y la formaci\u00f3n universitaria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Desde la FACSA UBB se contin\u00faa promoviendo estas iniciativas, orientadas a fortalecer el inter\u00e9s por la Ingenier\u00eda en Alimentos y a destacar el aporte de la ciencia en la generaci\u00f3n de soluciones para la industria y la
