{"id":5493,"date":"2026-07-09T14:56:50","date_gmt":"2026-07-09T18:56:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/webfacsa.ubiobio.cl\/?p=5493"},"modified":"2026-07-09T14:56:50","modified_gmt":"2026-07-09T18:56:50","slug":"expo-de-innovacion-puso-en-valor-la-creatividad-y-el-conocimiento-de-futuras-y-futuros-ingenieros-en-alimentos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/webfacsa.ubiobio.cl\/index.php\/expo-de-innovacion-puso-en-valor-la-creatividad-y-el-conocimiento-de-futuras-y-futuros-ingenieros-en-alimentos\/","title":{"rendered":"Expo de Innovaci\u00f3n puso en valor la creatividad y el conocimiento de futuras y futuros ingenieros en Alimentos"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La Planta Piloto de la carrera de Ingenier\u00eda en Alimentos de la Facultad de Ciencias de la Salud y de los Alimentos de la Universidad del B\u00edo-B\u00edo fue el escenario de la Expo de Innovaci\u00f3n de Alimentos, iniciativa que dio t\u00e9rmino a la asignatura Procesos de Frutas y Hortalizas, impartida por el acad\u00e9mico del Departamento de Ingenier\u00eda en Alimentos, Dr. Jorge Moreno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La jornada convoc\u00f3 a estudiantes de pre y postgrado, junto a acad\u00e9micas, acad\u00e9micos, docentes y personal administrativo, quienes recorrieron los distintos stands, degustaron las elaboraciones y participaron en su evaluaci\u00f3n mediante una pauta especialmente dise\u00f1ada para la ocasi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Como desaf\u00edo final del curso, las y los alumnos quinto a\u00f1o concibieron alimentos in\u00e9ditos a partir de frutas y hortalizas, integrando conocimientos cient\u00edficos, tecnol\u00f3gicos y de ingenier\u00eda adquiridos durante su formaci\u00f3n. Cada equipo trabaj\u00f3 en la formulaci\u00f3n, elaboraci\u00f3n, dise\u00f1o de marca, desarrollo del envase y presentaci\u00f3n de su iniciativa ante el p\u00fablico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Dr. Jorge Moreno explic\u00f3 que esta instancia permite trasladar los aprendizajes del aula a un escenario pr\u00e1ctico, donde cada grupo enfrenta un proceso similar al que encontrar\u00eda al desarrollar un nuevo alimento en la industria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u00abEl objetivo es que las y los estudiantes vivan la experiencia completa de crear un alimento desde la idea inicial hasta su presentaci\u00f3n final. En el camino deben tomar decisiones t\u00e9cnicas, justificar sus procesos, validar su propuesta y comunicar su trabajo de manera efectiva. Es un ejercicio que integra competencias disciplinares y profesionales fundamentales para su desempe\u00f1o futuro\u00bb<\/em>, destac\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00e1s que una evaluaci\u00f3n final, la exposici\u00f3n permiti\u00f3 compartir ideas, recibir retroalimentaci\u00f3n de la comunidad universitaria y abrir nuevas posibilidades para que estas creaciones contin\u00faen perfeccion\u00e1ndose. El desaf\u00edo ahora es seguir impulsando su desarrollo y explorar el potencial que algunas de ellas podr\u00edan alcanzar fuera del entorno universitario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-container-2
